The booking, fare and travel terms that apply to our services.

These terms apply to travel services and tour packages provided by Vinayak Tours & Travels. Specific terms stated in your written quotation take precedence over the general terms below.
Bookings and quotations
- A quotation is valid for the dates, route, vehicle and group size stated in it.
- A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation and any advance requested has been received.
- Changes to the route, dates or vehicle after confirmation may change the fare; any difference will be shared with you before it applies.
Fares and inclusions
- Each quotation lists what is included. Items not listed — such as monument entry fees, guide charges, meals, accommodation, and any tolls, state taxes, parking or driver allowance stated separately — are payable in addition.
- Waiting time beyond what was agreed, extra kilometres and extra days are charged as set out in the quotation.
Vehicles and drivers
- Vehicles are provided by category rather than by a specific model. We will always provide a vehicle of the category booked or better.
- All vehicles are provided with a driver. Self-drive hire is not offered.
- Drivers work to legal driving-hour limits; long routes are planned with breaks.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are stated in your quotation and depend on the trip type and how close to departure the cancellation is made. Tell us as early as you can — we will always try to reschedule rather than cancel.
Responsibilities of travellers
- Carry valid identification, and any permits required for restricted areas.
- Smoking, alcohol and prohibited substances are not permitted in the vehicle.
- Please treat the vehicle and the driver with reasonable care; damage caused by passengers is recoverable.
Delays and circumstances beyond our control
Road closures, weather, traffic restrictions, strikes, mechanical failure and similar events can affect timings. We will do everything reasonable to keep your trip running, including arranging a replacement vehicle where needed, but we cannot accept liability for consequential losses such as missed flights or trains arising from such events.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the travel services we provide. Third-party services you book separately, including accommodation and monument entry, are subject to those providers' own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
