Yes. All vehicles in our fleet are air-conditioned, and the air conditioning is checked before every outstation departure.
You can tell us your preference and we will do our best, but we quote by vehicle category — sedan, SUV, Innova-class, tempo traveller or premium — rather than promising a particular model we may not have free on your dates.
Yes. Every booking includes an experienced driver. We do not offer self-drive rentals.
Call us on the number you booked with. We arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as the location allows, and you stay in contact with us until you are moving again.
